so i will post a part of the dxdiag info i had for those that know how to look at that - as im sure the game requirement are well over what required. Ohh and i did make sure i had internet conection when i got the msg lost connection to server - I read all i can about issues similar on the forum and also tried some of the advices given - but nothing helps - and im really sad as i just been in the game about 3 months and put a lot of money in the game - so i hope someone can help me - Im sorry this post is so long - but i feel i need to explain as much as possible. I have 4 other online games - and there are NO problem logging in - or playing those games - so i feel it is a lotro issue - but have no idea how to fix it and are still waiting for reply from support - So if any of u out there have suggestions that do not need a computer expert - please help - as i am not good with computers and a girl with little knowledge of what to do from here. So i did wrote to support and also made a diax - i went to a com shop and had my com checked out - and they did uininstall the grapic card - reinstalled it and updated it and still the same result -not getting further in game to what i described - I ran virus scans - clean registry - and all else i could think of - but its still the same now 24 hours later. I could see people writing in chat - and when i tried that - i at once got the common error 0x000000F - and seconds later i got a black screen with the message: The connection to the server has been lost - That happens all the time since last night when i try to log in.
I was playing fine until last night and then the game froze - as many times - but this time when i logged back on - everything until the game screen loaded was as always- long and slow - As soon as the game screen game up i could see the game was not responding or was in freeze mode and that happened to my 2 accounts - 1 f2p and my vip account - I could move the curser - but that was all - after about 5 minutes the game did respond or unfroze - NOW i could interact with the npc in front of me - and turn the toon around - BUT could not walk or move from the spot where i was.
